Falkland found the strong going Aberdeen team Stoneywood-Dyce just a little too strong for them at Scroggie on Saturday. Yet their total of 195 seemed respectable with good contributions from Craig Trewartha, David Gray and Tim Lythe. But after two early successes against Lamb and Coetzer, Falkland found the South African duo of Van Vuuren and Stander too much to handle and the Aberdeen men won just before the rain arrived.
